As 2019 kicked off, the promise for a wonderful year seemed to be fulfilled. We were fortunate to have the chance to host the Sample Music Festival outside of Berlin for the first time, working in cooperation with Europe's biggest music technology exhibition in Frankfurt. Our dedicated area was located in the impressive halls of the world-renowned Messe Frankfurt, the largest trade fair, congress and event organizer boasting its own exhibition grounds.

The four-day program was carefully crafted by a small but highly-skilled team of artists who were determined to create an inspiring experience for the visitors of Prolight+Sound. With the support of our industry partners, we managed to pull off an impressive program that included workshops, showcases, and interactive activities, allowing guests to gain an intimate, hands-on experience with the newest music technology.

At the much-buzzed-about DJ-City linkup, hosted by us, we welcomed some of the most celebrated DJs from across Germany and explored various topics, swapping stories on life as a club DJ. Excitement was in the air as the attendees engaged in meaningful conversations and networked with their peers from the community. It was a event filled with inspiration, and a great opportunity for DJs to connect and get to know each other better.

In contrast to the event in Berlin, we had the chance to showcase our form of art to a completely new audience, garnering a lot of attention. The opportunity to make connections with unfamiliar people was the next big step to legitimize our art form in front of a wider audience.
